After 20 years of military service, Justin retired from the Navy Seabees in 2010. Along with his wife and daughters, they settled in PA. When their youngest daughter went away to college, Justin and Stacy started their next chapter, which led them to full-time RV life. They both knew they wanted to enjoy travel, with the freedoms of boondocking, and didn’t want to spend a lot of time in campgrounds. There were very few people installing solar energy systems on RVs then. Justin discovered a field that both intrigued him and allowed him the opportunity to experience off-grid living without a pedestal while still enjoying all the creature comforts. 

No pedestal? No problem!

With all of Justin’s passion for solar and energy installation, he quickly became the go-to person for so many full-time RVers. And with a little push from friends and family, Justin and Stacy decided to open Panels Up Solar, LLC in 2021. It’s been an amazing venture! Working closely with several major component manufacturers, he continues to stay updated with the latest trends and equipment used.

Justin will answer the questions you don’t know you have. He comes highly recommended by several top brands on the market. At Panels Up Solar, every installation is custom and based on our customer’s needs. There aren’t two installs that are the same because there aren’t two customers with the same requirements.
